  4. Hold technical training courses on equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance for customers according to the contract.
  5. Strengthen pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services, and implement ""24-hour service"", ""advanced service"", ""whole process service"" and ""lifelong service"" in the whole process of product manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
  6. After receiving the quality problems from customers, they must reply within 24 hours to ensure that users are not satisfied with the quality and the service does not stop.
  7. Meet customer requirements for spare parts at any time.
  8. The warranty period of GFUVE products is 36 months. In case of product quality problems during the warranty period, it shall be repaired free of charge.
